For pocket or cap size embroidery, 1/4" to 3/4" the first word is $5.00, each additional word is $1.00.

Add $3.00 for names or numbers, on side or back locations on caps.

Design area for cap: 4 1/2" wide, 2 1/4" tall.
Design area for shirts pocket: 3 1/2" wide, 2 1/2" tall.

Lettering 1" to 4" is charged by the letter. See price list per letter.

Stock Designs

We have over 20,000 designs in stock for you to choose from. These designs are stitched at a rate of $1.00 per 1000 stitches.

Applique designs are stitched at a rate of $1.25 per 1000 stitches.

Custom Embroidery Work

We can have your company logo or any other design custom made for you.
Rates are as follows:

Estimates are available upon request, at no charge; however, there is a $50.00 deposit required for any art preperation, which will be applied to the actual order. This deposid is Non-Refundable! Custom design disk will be billed at a rate of $10.00 per 1000 stitches, minimum of $40.00 per design. The disk remains the property of DS Embroidery and Chenille, LLC.

Allow 2 weeks for disk production. Upon completion of tape, we will mail you an embroidered proof. You need to checck closely for any errors. On Approval; sign customer approval form and fax or mail the form to us within 10 days.

We can not assume responsibility of garments after garments are personalized, nor garments sent to us for personalization.

Custom embroidery is done at a rate of $1.00 per 1000 stitches.

Email your custom artwork to our Art Department and we will contact you with pricing.

Terms:
Credit Cards, Cash, COD, Net 10 days subject to credit approval, 50% deposit with NEW orders, Non-Refundable!

Once orders have been approved, you can not cancel!

Shipping: FOB
Discovery of shipping errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Any garments brought in and NOT picked up within 60 days from completion date; become the property of DS Embroidery and Chenille, LLC.
