Chenille awards are measured from top to bottom of chenille only. Do NOT include the back felt in your measurement.

Net 30 terms are granted to bona-fide school purchases. Invoices are mailed the day after shipment. Orders for individuals must be prepaid. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as personal checks and money orders.

$25.00 Minimum orders are requred.

For Rush Orders (less than 3 weeks production time, and production allows) add 20% to price, minimum of $10.00. Please check with your Awards Consultant for availabliity.

UPS shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

All chenille awards are custom made for your order and are not returnable for credit. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise to report any shortage or discrepancy.
